Site policy
Website Terms
Effective August 12, 2026
By using this public website or submitting an intake form, you agree to these site terms. Questions can be sent to team@AIArmy.com.
Public site and early access
The current site describes planned training, mentorship, and build services and accepts requests for more information. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, acceptance, or a particular price. Any paid terms will be presented before you make a purchase or engagement commitment.
Educational information
Public training descriptions and materials are general educational information, not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output, protecting credentials and data, testing your work, and deciding whether a tool or deployment is appropriate.
Ranks and outcomes
AI Army’s proposed ranks are internal learning distinctions. They are not military ranks, accredited credentials, employment qualifications, or guarantees of income or business performance. Rank cannot be purchased, and officer progression is intended to require reviewed external evidence.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of the project information and materials you submit. You give AI Army permission to store, review, and use them only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, assess fit, secure the service, and comply with law. Do not submit secrets or third-party material you are not authorized to share.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use forms to send spam or unlawful material. We may restrict access needed to protect visitors, systems, and service providers.
Third-party services
The site may link to public products and external providers. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. A link does not guarantee the availability, security, or suitability of a third-party service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, pause, or discontinue public site features and update these terms as the offering evolves. Material terms for a paid training, mentorship, or build engagement will be provided separately and will control if they conflict with this public-site notice.
