Privacy Notice

When you submit a training, mentorship, or build request, we collect the fields shown in that form, such as your name, email, selected focus, goals, company, project details, budget range, and timing.

We also process basic request data to secure the form, a referral code when you arrive through a partner link, and privacy-conscious site interaction events such as the route or call-to-action selected. Free-form form responses and contact details are not sent in custom analytics events.

We use this information to respond to your request, place you on the appropriate early-access roster, assess fit for mentorship or build work, protect the site from abuse, understand which site paths are useful, and maintain necessary business records.

AI Army uses service providers to operate this site, including Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for intake storage, Resend for transactional email, and PartnerPromote for referral attribution. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. AI Army does not rent or sell form submissions.

We retain intake information only as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use access controls and server-side validation, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or opt out of future non-essential messages, by emailing team@AIArmy.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.

This site is intended for entrepreneurs and operators and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the academy and its systems evolve; the effective date below will change when we do.
